Suction mode is pressure-based. Vibration mode is movement-based. They can feel and sound different, place different demands on controls and power, and may be offered separately or together depending on the model.
Suction: pressure/contact; check pulse or hold control and any time limit. Vibration: rhythm/movement; check pattern selection and intensity. Combined use: verify independent control and how pairings are selected. Manual vs automatic: verify which movements are powered and which still depend on the user.
Independent buttons make it easier to understand which system is active. A clear display can help with mode and battery information, while the product specifications and manual should explain what the display shows and how each control works.
Powered modes may produce different sound under different settings. Compare evidence collected at a stated distance and environment. Also check charging, washable parts, internal drying, and storage before deciding that more modes automatically mean a better fit.
